Common Questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Register for free in the iPhone or iPad app, or on this website, and you get 90 days of full access with no payment details.
What happens after the 90 days?
Your account moves to Free Access automatically. You keep your GST-ID, your contacts and your messages, and you can keep messaging and answering calls. Nothing is charged. To start calls, use group calls or send files again, you can buy the yearly plan here.
Where do I find my GST-ID?
It is the 8-digit number you received when you registered. It is also shown in the app under Settings.
Can I buy inside the app?
No. Plans are sold only on this website. Your access applies automatically to every device where you sign in with your GST-ID.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Cancelling stops the next yearly renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the year you already paid for. To cancel, email support@globalspacetechnology.com from your registered email address with your GST-ID.
Is payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
