1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any GSTNet service provided by Global Space Technology, Inc. ("GlobalSpaceTechnology.com", "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GSTNet provides end-to-end encrypted communication software for messaging, voice calls, video calls, group calls and file transfer. Calls use a direct device-to-device connection when networks allow, and an encrypted relay otherwise. Our servers support accounts, access management, delivery of encrypted messages and files, and call connection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GSTNet
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One account per person for individual plans

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GSTNet for:

Any illegal activity under applicable law
Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
Distribution of malware or malicious code
Violation of any third party's intellectual property rights
Any activity that interferes with the service's operation
Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access

5. Free Registration, 90-Day Introductory Access and Paid Plans

Registering for a GSTNet account and GST-ID is free, whether on our website or in the GSTNet app
Eligible new accounts receive 90 days of introductory access to all features. One introductory period is available per device; further accounts created on the same device start with free access. No payment method is required, and you are never charged automatically when the introductory period ends
Free access continues at no cost after the introductory period: you can send and receive messages and answer incoming voice and video calls
Paid access is required after the introductory period to start voice, video and group calls and to send files. Current plans and prices are shown on our website before you buy
Paid plans are purchased only on our website, GlobalSpaceTechnology.com. They are not sold inside the GSTNet mobile apps or through the Apple App Store
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment
Before you pay, checkout shows the price, the billing period and whether the plan renews automatically. If a plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time and the cancellation stops the next charge
When a paid plan is cancelled or expires, access to paid functionality continues until the end of the period already paid for
Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or stated at checkout
We may change plans or prices for future billing periods. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will notify you by email before a change applies to a renewing plan

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of GSTNet is subject to our Privacy Policy. Global Space Technology does not have the keys needed to decrypt your end-to-end encrypted messages, files or calls. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing us.

6a. Account Recovery Limitations

Important: If you permanently lose access to your registered email address and authentication credentials, your account and encrypted data may be permanently inaccessible or lost, and there may be no recovery method available. Global Space Technology will not bypass its security controls solely because a person claims ownership of a GST-ID or account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email and credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

GSTNet software, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of GlobalSpaceTechnology.com. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute our software without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GSTNet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. No communication system provides absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlobalSpaceTechnology.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GSTNet. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
