🔒 Core Legal Principle: GSTNet encrypts messages, files and calls end-to-end. Global Space Technology does not have the keys needed to decrypt them, so we cannot provide their content to anyone, including governments or law enforcement. Our servers hold account information, encrypted messages and files, and the records needed to deliver them, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Data Protection
We design our services and data practices with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements in mind, including principles found in frameworks such as GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). The specific rights available to you depend on your location and applicable law.
- Data Minimization: We collect only what is necessary to operate the service
- No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell personal information
- End-to-End Encryption: Global Space Technology does not possess the cryptographic keys required to decrypt protected communication content
Law Enforcement Requests
We receive and respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement. We can provide:
- Account registration information (email address, GST-ID)
- Entitlement and account-status records
- Account creation date and security/abuse-prevention logs where applicable
- Delivery records (which GST-IDs exchanged messages or calls, and when), contacts saved in GSTNet, and call history
Because Global Space Technology does not have the keys needed to decrypt communication content, we cannot provide readable message content or files. Calls are not recorded.

GSTNet™, GlobalSpaceTechnology.com™ and the GST logo are trademarks of Global Space Technology, Inc. The GSTNet software and technology are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or distribution is prohibited.
